		<description>I would say don&#039;t go shopping with the kids either - it&#039;s so easy for them just to ask for one pack of sweets or one treat, and if you have more than one, it really adds to your shopping bill</description>

		<description>i always buy bogofs on stuff i use whenever i see them. bizarrely i kno some people who wont, even if its on something they are already buying!!

i also buy things like supermarket brand tinned tomatos as they are much cheaper than branded ones and they taste the same to me.</description>
